Our Organization
Community-Based Organization (CBO)—A local nonprofit grassroots organization that serves low-income communities. Non-Governmental Organization (NGO)—A nonprofit organization that is recognized by the government and is eligible to receive government funding, but is run independently. 501(c)(3)—A nonprofit organization that receives tax exemptions from the government.
