Volunteer Program
We are open to your ideas about how to best use your skills, energy and resources.
Various volunteer positions are available at SI’s office in Cincinnati and in Kenya. (For details of our Kenya Internship program, please go to the Programs section. The positions range widely, from helping organize special events to refining PowerPoint presentations to working on mailings – and beyond. We have opportunities for everyone from high school students to senior citizens.
Students
If you are a high school or college student, we can use volunteers on a weekly or a one-time basis. Contact the SOTENI International office.
Professionals
Our Professional Volunteer Program is designed for health-related specialists or professionals such as teachers, engineers, architects and accountants who can address conditions in developing countries.
If you are a professional and would like to volunteer here in the U.S., contact us to explore the best ways to use your skills and time. If you are a professional and would like to volunteer in Kenya, we'd like to know more about you so we can try to match your interests and skills to our needs.

SOTENI will confirm by e-mail receipt of your application. An interview by phone or face-to-face may be requested.
